In the video shared on Instagram, Chad bared his ripped six-pack abs as he closed a pair of sliding doors in front of him while he mouthed, "Love you."

Sarah, 38, set the video to The Beatles' hit song "Help."

The video sent fans into a frenzy, with many taking to the comments to react.

"I am unalive," one fan wrote, while another added, "Girl what are you trying to do to us."

If you didn't know, Chad and Sarah have been married since 2015 and share two kids - a son, born in 2015, and a daughter, born 2017.

Chad recently explained why he will never re-watch One Tree Hill.
